Preparation:
Preparation begins as soon as we receive your order. It's important that you provide all the details I need to know for its production. This will save us time and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Since each set is handcrafted, it requires at least 48 to 72 hours to cure per layer of resin. They must be fully cured before shipping.

The entire process takes 1 to 3 weeks for complete preparation, plus shipping time. This largely depends on previous orders.

Information provided by the client:
* Domino can be in one or two colors. We would appreciate it if you could let us know everything in writing, although the application allows us to choose a single color. There will always be a transparent layer over the image, text, or photo.

* The color of the numbers must contrast with the base to ensure playability. Let us know what color you prefer. Each domino set will be unique, even if you use the same color, each set will always look different.

* Let me know if you want glitter effect.

* Send your logo, team name, photo, image, or text. Remember that it must be high quality. I have a variety of images; if you're interested in any of them, just let me know, and I'll show them to you, and you can decide.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to write. I will answer you as soon as possible. It's a good idea to have notifications enabled in case I have any questions, so you receive the message quickly and the work isn't delayed, if necessary.

Very important:
>>> I don't want your order to be delayed if you don't send me the complete information when I receive your order details. Any order that doesn't include all the details will have the Domino Set made according to the color received. Once the process has begun, we cannot reverse it. That's why it's super important that you send a message with the required information within 24 hours.

🎁Gift:
If it's a gift and you'd like it sent directly to the recipient, please provide the correct shipping address. If you'd like a note included with the gift, please let me know, and I'll prepare a lovely card.

📦Shipping time:
I use USPS shipping. I will send you the tracking number as soon as your order is ready to ship. This can take 3 to 5 business days, excluding holidays. Please note that delivery times vary depending on the destination. Etsy offers several shipping options; in this case, the chosen service will be used once your order is complete.
